way to display compare output with file > changesets

Hello Team,

Is there way to display the compare output opposite to what it has ? right now the compare output shows change sets and its files, we have requirements to get the File > changesets which is just opposite to the the what we have.

This will give us the complete list of dependent change sets due to any file.
