Template Customization in RTC 3.0.1

I have created the template and designed the work flow manually from RTC 3.0 client by using Process configuration option. Now I want to know whether I can create the template with scripts as same as we do in ClearQuest.

Please tell me how to do that or provide me the right link.

Hi sathintouch,

I am not sure why you have to use script to create a process template.

It is not possible for now, you have to manually create your own template, otherwise, you need to extend RTC and use its APIs to create template.
