I am working on creating a web portal for Jazz User Administration.
As part of this portal development, given the user details, I should be able to create the User in RTC/Jazz.

I am looking for REST APIs for creating the User in RTC and adding Jazz Level Permissions to the User Account created. Are there any REST APIs to create users in RTC? If so, can any one please point me to that link.

If there are no REST APIs can any one suggest the alternative for achieving my objective.
