Deleting Multiple WorkItems from RTC

Hi,

Has anybody tried to delete multiple work items created in Rational Team concert at the same time? If yes, please share the way out.

you can do that with query.

create new query > add condition > edit multiple workitem.

after that you can select multiple workitem and klik delete workitem.

Thank you for your inputs. I tried the same but not getting the option to edit multiple worktem. Will it be possible for you to provide some screenshots or some more details regarding the same.

you can do that with query.

create new query > add condition > edit multiple workitem.

after that you can select multiple workitem and klik delete workitem.

Hey Thanks alot.. I was actually looking from Eclipse client and was not able to find it. Now, I can do that from web browser. Thanks again.. :)

Hi Teguh,

After clicking the Bulk Edit icon I don't see a "Delete Work Items" option, just the Add Attribute Change. On the other hand, there's been some customisation of the work item workflows in our installation. Is there a particular permission or role needed in order for that option to be available?

You need to have Jazzadmin access.
