What's the minimun access for a role?

Hi, I need to create a team of users with just the permission to see 1 stream, but nothing else.

I created a role with only permission to interact with streams, but when I login with it, I can't delete plan and things like that, but I can still see everything: plans, workitems, even configurations.

What am I missing here? Thanks!

You need to distinguish between read permission (which is handled by
access control) and write permission, which is handled by role-based
permissions in the Process Configuration section of the project/team
area to which an object belongs.

So were you wondering why you couldn't delete those things, or were you
wondering why you could see them?

Cheers,
Geoff

Thanks for your reply.

I just need this team to see only streams and nothing else.

You can create a separate project area for that team, and have the
stream owned by that new project area.
