Error on JTSData import during 2.x to 3.0 upgrade

I'm attempting an upgrade from 2.x to 3.0. When I run this command:

repotools-jts -migration_importJTSData fromFile=jtsData.tar
createMappingFile=rtc-mapping.txt createTables

I get this error:

CRJAZ1778I This server is configured as an application.
CRJAZ1365I The server is attempting to connect to the following database:
"//localhost:50000/JTS:user=xxxxxxxx;password=xxxxxxxx;"
CRJAZ1364I The connection to the following database was successful:
Db Product Name: DB2/LINUXX8664
Db Product Version: SQL09055
Db URL: jdbc:db2://localhost:50000/JTS:user=xxxxxxxx;password=xxxxxxxx;
Jdbc Driver Name: IBM DB2 JDBC Universal Driver Architecture
Jdbc Driver Version: 3.57.82
CRJAZ8192I: Fulltext Index Location:
/opt/IBM/JazzTeamServer_1/server/conf/jts/indices/workitemindex/fulltext_index
CRJAZ8190I: The fulltext index should point to an absolute directory but is
currently set to 'conf/jts/indices/workitemindex'
CRJAZ1812E This command can only run on a Jazz Team Server, and is not
intended to run on applications. See the migration documentation for the
steps to run migration.

Does anyone know what the problem is?

This may not be the actual problem - but your Jazz Team Server seems to be called JTS not jts. If this is intentional, check your teamserver.properties settings to make sure your are consistent calling the server JTS (all caps) rather than jts.
