Stop the Jazz Team Server and CLM applications - takes time

Hi,

Windows 7

When I select it takes a long time for tomcat to close the window. Just curious, after choosing "Stop the JAzz Team Server and CLM applications" option and I just close the tomcat window (clicking the X button) without it closing on its own will it make any difference?

As I know, in Windows, you close the DOS window, kill the process, or CTL-C, there is no different.
