1.I install a new centos.
2.I copy jazz server (copy this /home/jazz folder) to the new centos.
3.I change the URL , /home/jazz/server/conf/jazz/teamserver.properties this file .. start server

Did you also create an according user with equivalent setup? Note that UIDs are numeric and don't necessarily have the same meaning on different systems! Lastly, I'm not sure if this is a supported way of moving an installation, maybe you just moved the data and not the RTC installation, but I honestly don't know.

Sorry if I'm asking anything silly, but what is in "the Database Status section below"? If it doesn't mean anything to you, you could still post the contents here...
