We do not recommend attempting to install multiple applications into a single WebSphere cell simultaneously, nor is it generally considered to be a best practice - it is possible but only by following very specific guidance.

We recommend using the locking libraries to prevent this very scenario because it can cause configuration corruption within WebSphere.
