How to Remove User Records?
This is odd. We have authentication linked to IBM BluePages (ldap). Some of our users have left the company, so now when you do a search for users in RAM you get a listing that shows:
(Not Found) Joe Blow joeblow@us.ibm.com
...for example
How do I get rid of these?
I've tried rebuilding the search index and updating users and groups from the Administration screen. Neither of those fixed it.
What is required? There are about 15 users listed like that...all of whom are no longer in BluePages.
Thanks....

You can't get rid of them. There is no archive function available yet.
The reason is that you would loose history if the user was deleted.
There is an outstanding enhancement request to be able to archive a user
(which doesn't delete the user, it would just not present the user in
user searches, and would remove them as owners of assets and other
responsibilities. But the user would remain in the system so that it can
be verified through the history trail of what the user has done).
The "(Not found)" is the flag to indicate that the user is no longer in
the system.
In 751 and in the latest fixpack for 7502 the "(Not found)" was moved to
the end of the name instead of front, so they won't bubble up to the top
of user searches anymore.
