I have installed 7.5.0.2 and when starting RAM I an directed to the RAM Server Setup page. This page requires me to login, what username or password should I use. I have tried every possible option and nothing lets me in....

It is the was admin console uid/password

The first page for setup would be <server>/ram.setup/wizard/main/index.jsp

If you have chosen File (standalone custom reg.), than admin/admin
If it is the OS or LDAP it is the user you chose to be the admin.
