Insufficient privileges to view Webservices sessions
Hi all,
After upgrade my RAM version, I couldn't see my actives webservices sessions. When I follow Adminstration -> Tools -> View active web service sessions I got the error below: I can't to find the way to give the necessary permissions. Regards, Rogrio |

Clear your browser's cache and cookies and try accessing the page again to see if that resolves the issue.
Is this a cluster environment? Are you using single sign on? |
Clear your browser's cache and cookies and try accessing the page again to see if that resolves the issue. After clean up the cookies and cache all works fine. My environment is under a cluster, but not using SSO. Thanks! |
Hi,
If you are working in a multi-server cluster you must turn on SSO. It is how RAM expects to work. -- Rich Kulp Rational Asset Manager developer |
