RTC - user's mail configuration

Hi,

We are using RTC3 IFIX1.

We would like that each user will get Email when owner changed to be this user.


I see that I do not get all Emails that are according to the selected configuration.

For example:
I have deselected all.
selected only one checkbox: "owner changed" - criteria - I am the creator.

Change owner to a workitem that I have created.
I did not get an Email.

From the other hand: I now that I have the ability to get Emails.
If I "select all" from the selected configuration- I will get Email.
Please advise.
