Creating dashboard in RTC3

David Ng (1665) | asked Oct 20 '11, 5:44 a.m.
I have created dashboard in RTC2 before using viewlet. Now, I am in RTC3, does viewlet still exists? I am getting this Add Widget button instead and it reads:

Select Category

Add External Widgets
- Add OpenSocial Gadget
- Add IBM iWidget

Am I supposed to see someting under select Category? Like Build, ClearQuest, Feeds, General, ..., Work Items like I used to in RTC2? Is this a RTC setup issue? I have checked and made sure user have full permission to create, modify and delete dashboard.

Our RTC version details is shown below. Really appreciate some help here. Thanks!

Change and Configuration Management - Core Libraries
3.0 (RTC-I20101112-1731)
Jazz Foundation - Core Libraries
3.0 (RJF-I20101112-0630)

David

That's what I expect to see but I don't. I think someone else also had that problem before - "Select Catalog" missing.

I have checked the root services document as suggested but found nothing strange. The widget catalog line does have 'ju' instead of 'jdb'.
