Comparing baselines slow

It takes a minutes or two to compare two baseline with simple changes in between. It's either "Retrieve change set" or "interpreting change set".

I thought "change set" is first class object in RTC, why it's so difficult to display that information?

I have JTS on one server and Oracle on another, both are 8G Windows 2008, the project has about 90K files and folders though.
