recover deleted test execution records

I was trying to delete a selection of test execution records and almost all of them got deleted not just my selection, almost all the TER ever since we started using RQM!
How can I recover them? Please help.

Unfortunately, you cannot recover archived (deleted) test artifacts. However, you can retrieve a feed of test artifacts that includes archived test artifact(s) using the RQM Reportable REST API and Poster (https://jazz.net/wiki/bin/view/Main/RQMUsingPoster). For more information, see https://jazz.net/wiki/bin/view/Main/RqmApi#includeArchived. Once you GET the archived test artifact, you can POST/PUT each test artifact.
