create encryped Password ifle on z/OS

Hello
we are running JBE 2.0.0.2 on z/OS .

As described in the "Creating an encrypted password file" section,
1. From a command line, navigate to installdir/buildsystem/buildengine/eclipse, where installdir is the Build System Toolkit installation directory.
2. Type jbe -createPasswordFile pass.txt.
that does not run on z/OS .

Could you please advise where to find the command on z/OS to create the encrypted Password File ?
