Creation of a custom attribute for files in RTC

Silvio Ronchi (111) | asked Sep 30 '11, 4:55 a.m.
I need to create a custom attribute for each file under CM control, used to contain a URL of an object outside RTC.
When filled in, the user has to be able to navigate to the pointed object, by clicking on URL.
Is that possible and how?
Thanks a lot for help
Best regards

Hi,

you can store custom properties in RTC scm. Have a look at the properties of a file. As far as I know these properties are supposed to be used for additional tools and integrations. I am not sure how they can be accessed via API. I would suggest to start with the Extensions workshop in the library and search the WiKi.
