Installing CLM 3.0.1 on System i5 v5r4m0

I am preparing to install CLM 3.0.1 on an i5 that is currently running an Apache tomcat 5-5-28 server and a Zend server (not the IBM httpsvr). The documentation says that we can not install on Tomcat and have to use Websphere 6.1 or 7. I do not want to hose our existing Tomcat or Zend apps and have been searching for documentation regarding multiple instances of Websphere, Zend and Tomcat co-existing on the same i5 with no luck.

Has anyone else tried this? If so, were you successful and/or what special config changes did you have to make in order for it to work?
