Counting assigned JTS application licenses

I'm looking for suggestions on how to count the number of users who have been assigned an application license (CCM, QM or RM) on a given JTS server through a script. The intent here is to count the number of users authorized to use RTC, RQM and/or RRC on that JTS. I figure the best way to do that is to count licenses assigned.
Any and all suggestions will be welcomed, and better yet if you have already implemented a solution would you be willing to share?
