How to:
1) create and add development line to project area ?
2) add iterations do developmentLines
3) add timeline to project area
( I know how to create timeline -> ITimeSheetEntry )


And:
How to create object which implements IIteration using RTC Client SDK ?

I don't think there is a way to manipulate iterations and timelines programatically. You can only use UI (web or eclipse) to manipulate iterations and timelines.

I have done this 3 points a few days ago.
So we can do this programatically.
