Jazz users unable to access RTC 3.0 Web UI

Sridhar Kuna (1602117) | asked Aug 29 '11, 1:17 p.m.
We have hosted RTC 3.0 with WAS and LDAP.

The logins for all RTC admins works fine on Web UI.
But normal RTC developers/contributors are not able to access web UI.

when they access web UI, https://HostName/ccm/web/

produces this error:
You are not authorized to view this page.
CRJAZ1484I Your account does not belong to the groups that are authorized to access the Web UI. Please contact your server administrator.

RTC developers/contributors have valid client access licences (RTC floating licences) assigned and are part of 'JazzUsers' and are members of one of the project area in CCM.

Any pointers that would solve my problem? Thanks in advance.

It is a basic functionality of the Web UI at least jazz users should be able to login.
Is this RTC bug? Not sure if it is related to it. I found the below workitem

Please confirm?

Hi

What port do you use to access https? If it is 443, then that should work as-is - or if you have the default 9443, then this needs to be added to your login. Try https://hostname:<port>/ccm and see if that works for you.

Are the users entering their username in the correct case? By default RTC is case sensitive so if the user is entering "John.Smith" as their username, and the user ID is actually "john.smith", RTC will not find the user and show that error message...
