We want to use BuildForge on z/Linux installed on a VM on one the LPARs. Does BuildForge supports REd Hat Linux 5.6/5.7?

Rational Build Forge supports Red Hat Enterprise Linux 4.6 and later on the z/Linux platform (including the Red Hat Enterprise Linux 5.6 and 5.7 versions).

Rational Build Forge supports Red Hat Enterprise Linux 4.6 and later on the z/Linux platform (including the Red Hat Enterprise Linux 5.6 and 5.7 versions).

Yes, Dave is correct. The only thing to note is you may have to install some compat-glibc*** packages in order to get it to work though.
