Can't access ClearQuest from RQM v3.0

When I select "Defect" from the RQM v3.0 screen I get a "Create Defect" for our ClearQuest schema. It's like I'm already logged into ClearQuest because it doesn't say login.

Then when I select "Create Defect" I get a screen that opens but it just hangs when using Chrome. When I use IE I get an actual error (Navigaton to this page was cancelled).

For some reason, this is only affecting me. i'm using the same configuration as everyone else in the office but I'm the power user for RQM! We've restarted the server, installed a new browser and logged out, shut down machine but nothing seems to work. help!

Ryan,

I am not sure Chrome is a supported browser. You might want to check the system requirements for the products. Does itwork with a supported browser?

@rschoon -- see this page for supported browsers:
System Requirements for Rational Team Concert 3.0.1, Rational Quality Manager 3.0.1 and Rational Requirements Composer 3.0.1
Which are currently:
    Firefox 3.6
    Internet Explorer 8
    Internet Explorer 7

@e125342 -- what version of IE are you using? Also, is the issue specific to your RQM user account or to your machine? (In other words, try your user account on a co-workers machine where this is known to work).
