Viewing Pre-Condition, Post-Condition When Executing

Is there a way to view the Pre-Conditions, Post-Conditions and Expected Results that are declared at the test case level when executing the test cases? Right now, I'm only seeing the steps that are added to the test script and I'm not seeing any way of adding the columns from the test case into the test script.

Any help would be appreciated.
