RQM user can't import rqmts from ReqPro for one project only

We are using RQM 2.0.1.1 iFix 2. We are also using ReqPro Web v7.1.1.2. We are using IE8. I have a particular user that can not import requirements from ReqPro into a particular project in RQM (the list of requirements available to import comes up empty at step 3). This same user can import requirements from ReqPro into RQM for any other project. We have only one RQM instance and one ReqPro Web instance. This user has an RQM Quality Manager license and plays the testmanager role in all RQM projects. Permissions are out-of-the-box; no customizations to any projects. This user used to be able to import requirements from ReqPro into this one project, but not any more. Thoughts?

We tried selecting a particular requirement type, refreshing the ReqPro connections on the RQM server, blowing away the connection and recreating it, and clearing the browser cache on the user's IE8 browser. All to no avail.

Does anyone at IBM Rational that cruises this forum have an idea? Any idea? A response of any kind would be welcome so that I know someone has at least taken a look at it. Thanks.

In RQM 2.0.1.1 ifix 2, we found a defect that may related with your problem - Unable to list reqPro requirements if choose "Wrap words to show all" option in Display Settings when trying to import requirements
https://jazz.net/jazz02/web/projects/Rational%20Quality%20Manager#action=com.ibm.team.workitem.viewWorkItem&id=47336

Could you please check whether it's the same as you meet?

It has been fixed in 2.0.1.1 ifix 3 already. Hope it can help

Thanks, Lei Shi, for trying to help, but this is no longer a relevant issue for us for 2 reasons:

1. We have migrated from RequisitePro to RQM for requirements management

2. We have upgraded to v3.0.1 of the Jazz tools

But, I do appreciate that you tried to help. Thanks.
