how to show custmor attributes tab in web?

I define some custmor attributes,and can edit in rtc eclipse client
but when I try to create new work item in web,I can not find the custmorattributes tab
can someone help me ?

Hi, the custom attributes tab is unique to the Eclipse client. It only shows attributes that are in no editor presentation.

You need to customize the editor presentations in the project configuration/administration page. This article helps: https://jazz.net/library/article/130 but please note that the web presentations and layouts behave a bit different than the editor presentation layouts.

I want to delete a customer attribute from a type of work item,so I change the process configuration ,to delete the customer attribute of the work item define.
I check the attribute using in reposityor,but can not find influenced work item.
Open a old work item .the customer attribute still there.
create a new work item ,the customer attribute is not there.
Is it a bug?
or how to resolve the preblem?
