JAZZ DEVELOPER
In a scenario I am developing, I have limited deliveries in the Endgame iteration for a particular team to be allowed only by those with the teamlead role. I know that we can set up some permissions/behaviors to be overrulable. I didn't see a way to do that through the team area Process Config tab. Is this even possible? Do I need to do so through the XML? What would be the syntax?

Only preconditiosn can be configured as overrulable. Permissions can
never be overruled.
