Unable to see Process Description

Hi,

I have a public project at RTC thanks to the Academic Initiative program. The project is called "Shopping Cart". The thing is that, when I enter to the project area management section and I try to see the process description, I get the following error:

Unable to load /hub/ccm/process-authoring/project-area/_ODhCZparEeCtQa2_5dZ67Q/description status:500

Is this a bug?

Hello,

Can you please open a defect against Jazz Foundaion > Process and attach the server logs? The logs are in <JAZZ_HOME>/server/logs . Please attach jts.log and ccm.log. This will give us more information to help determine the problem.

Hi,
I have a customer who has the same issue with both project area process descriptions and team areas.
Has a work item ever been opened to address this? I can't seem to find it.

Which version of RTC server do you use? You can file a bug against Process/Authoring, then we can investigate.

Thanks for the answer. The server version is 3.0.1 .
I will be filing the work item as per your suggestion.
Do you know of any work arounds for this?
