License issues with RAM v7.2.0.2
Hi,
I installed RAM Server V7.2.0.2. I specified 13080@localhost as a license.
When I run http://localhost:13080/ram/ I get a license server (-12,1020) error in the Administration->Configuration page.
How can I get rid of this error and use the trial license?
Thanks in advance for your reply.

Try 27000@localhost.

By the way the license server and the ram application itself can't have
the same port number on the same machine.
So since you have RAM running at localhost:13080, you can't have License
server also be 13080. You need to xxxx@yyy for the license server on the
RAM configuration page. Where xxxx is the port number of your license
server and yyy is the server iaddr of the license server.

You shouldn't be setting it 13080@localhost. If you Websphere is already
using 13080@localhost then the license server can't be using it too.
Just bring up your license server and see what port it is coming up on.
Then use that port and server address.

Hi,
The error message is: "Cannot access the license server
(-12,1020)".
However, I re-installed everything and this time I didn't specify a
license server during the setup. It seems to work ok - Setting the
license to 13080@localhost doesn't work for some reason. Any idea?
Thanks

Hi,
I recently setup 2 Rational Asset Manager 7.2.0.2 environments. WAS 7.0.0.7 DB2 9.5/DB2 9.7.
The issue is that most of the links, except for the links under web resources, on the home page of the RAM are not working in one of the environments.
When user clicks on the troubled links following errors is thrown.
Error 404: javax.servlet.UnavailableException: SRVE0200E: Servlet : Could not find required class - class java.lang.ClassNotFoundException: org.eclipse.equinox.servletbridge.BridgeServlet
The other environment all the links are working fine.
The difference between the two environments is following -
1. The one not working RAM server is AIX, the one working is LINUX.
2. The server not working is in yellow zone and hence has a firewall. The other that is working is in blue zone and hence no firewall. But then does this mattes as navigating thru the links is done by the clients not the server. The clients are not under firewall/proxy.
3. The one working - IBM Installation manager was used to install the RAM server whereas manual install was done for the one that is not working.
4. The one not working, the DB2 version is 9.5 whereas the one working has DB2 9.7 (don't think this matters).
There were no issues/warnings/message during the RAM setup/configuration. In fact the messages were that everything is successful.
We have issues only with the links not working - other things are perfect.
Any help appreciated.
Thanks
