A review (completion) comment cannot be created

I'm using CLM 3.0.1 in a two-tier environment (Tomcat, DB2), both running on Windows Server 2008 R2 Standard.

After selecting "Reviewed with comments" and adding text in the comment field, I received the following error message. Is this a known problem?

ID CRRRW7307E The request to save the review related comment on the server could not be completed. Try to create or edit the comment again. Ensure that the item you are commenting on has not been deleted.

JAZZ DEVELOPER
Hello Paul,

No, this is not a known issue and I tried the particular scenario and cannot reproduce the error. When you performed "Reviewed with comments" were you in the Review Editor or the viewer for the particular artifact being reviewed? What browser are you using? Does this error consistently occur when you create a review comment?

Thanks.

Lynne

Hi Lynne, thanks for getting back to me.

I have the Author role in the team member list, and am also /rm Administrator. (I assume Administrator trumps Author.)

This is the only time I have seen the error. I was reviewing an artifact that another author created.

At the time I was using Firefox 5.0. Last night I downgraded to Firefox 4.0. I discovered that the RRCBrowserAddon can't be installed on Version 5.0.

When I complete another review, I will let you know if I can reproduce the problem.
