Duplicating Work Items on the Web
There is the capability to duplicate a work item within a project using the Eclipse client. However, I can't find a way to do the same using the web. There is an option to copy or move a work item to another project, but not within the same project. Am I missing something or is this capability not available on the web?

I have not found a way to duplicate a work item with the WebUI.
And the "copy to another project" operation isn't working for me, but
that's a separate issue I need to investigate (:-).

I am curious about the "duplicate work item" capability in eclipse mentioned in here.
I am using the RTC 3.0.1 Web, and I can resolve a WI by setting it to "Duplicate" and specify its duplicate via the Links tab.
Or I misunderstood what is being discussed here?

There's "duplicate" operation (available through right-click) and "make
duplicate of" (available through right click in the Quick Information
section). The former creates a new work item and copies over most of
the fields to initialize the new work item (and gives it a "copied from"
relation with the original work item). The "make duplicate of"
operation transitions the work item to "resolved" and creates a
"duplicate of" link" to the selected work item.
You might ask "why isn't it a "copy" operation, instead of a "duplicate"
operation, to avoid confusion, especially since a "copy of" link is
created. This same question is asked in work item 160044 (:-).

Yes, I can see and have used this option on the eclipse client but is a frustration that I cannot use on the Web especially as we have some projects using the Web only and is a product limitation at present - can this be added as a request for future enhancement
Yes, you are welcome to submit enhancement requests (either directly
yourself on jazz.net, or by calling Rational Support).
