Can not load MySQL JDBC Driver in RTC Operation Participant Plugin

Hi,
I need to connect to external database in my RTC Participant plugin. In that it is not able to load JDBC driver. How can I add driver jar in my plugin ? |

Is this a duplicate of https://jazz.net/forum/questions/86031/where-to-add-third-party-jars-into-an-operation-participant ? However, I would try to package it with your plugin. Some suggestions where to look in the other post.
