hi all,

I am using RQM 3.0.1 and RTRT 7.5. I am trying to integrate both the tools and while using RTRT Adaptor for RQM, I am getting following errors:

Enter the connection information to access the Rational Quality Manager server
Usually the server URL looks like https://hostname:9443/jazz
Server URL: https://196.167.5.1:9443/qm
Login: windows
Password: windows
Enter adapter name (default is : TestRT on windows-test) TestRT on windows-t

Can somebody help me in resolving this error????

Hi Preeti,
Can you please check what is the public URI set for the jazz server. It is normally. In case you are not using public URI, server will redirect adapter connection request based on public URI. Normally it is based on server name and domain name. So I will suggest you to replace IP address in https://196.167.5.1:9443/qm
with the actual server name specified in the public uri.

Let us know if that does not help

Hi Pramod,

Thanks for your help, but we had already tried the server name and domain name in public URI of Jazz server, but still it is not working...

It is showing the same error.

Preeti,
I am not sure what is the release date of RTRT 7.5. But sounds it is not recent. With RQM 3.0.1 where context root is qm, old adapter may not work except RQM continue to use old jazz context root. I will need to check with RTRT team for more details.

* Rational Test Real Time 7.5.0.4
