Good evening friends,

is presenting to me the following error ...


CRRBF1387I Error Authenticating with Build Forge Services .

I installed License Server 7 and place the name of server: port in buildforge Administrator> sistem> license server

Urgent need help. thank you very much

I have a few questions and the answers will identify the potential cause of the issue:

What is the output from a lmstat -a?
Are you able to telnet from the mgmt console to the license server?
What application server is being used? i.e tomcat, WAS

Hi Sherardh,

Thanks for your cooperation.

It solved the problem. There was only charging the floating license users, but I did raise the server license. By having both, and restart the service console Buildforge I accept the license automatically.
