Hi,

I'm not aware of a way to delete part of a log. Depending on which version of Build Forge you are using, one potential option that might work for you is to set the 'Step Log Initial View' parameter for your user to 'Last Page' (navigate to Administration -> Users -> ). With the option set to 'Last Page' if you're step log spans multiple pages, the last one will appear when you initially click on the step log.

Thanks!
I used "Last Page", but there is a db2 issue happen while opening the logs.

Hi,

Can you paste the db2 issue? It may be something that you'll have to contact support about. Also, you might include what release/build for the management console that you are using.

The issue can not recurred now... but when I set the "Last Page", I find the log order is not reverse, seems it is like the "First Page"...
The version is buildforge 7.1.2.0-0-0341

Hi,

You might check if your step log page has been set to 'Display All'. I have noticed that if you're seeing all the log lines on one page, that if you reduce the log lines per page to get multiple pages - that you will then see the 'Last Page First' kick in.
