How can I create "Usecase" and/or "Agile"
I've installed CLM (RRC,RQM,RTC V3.0.1) on a single instance (i.e. machine).
In "Lyfecycle project Administration", I can select "Base", "Agile", "Traditional" and "Usecase" as a template for RRC project.
But when I create standalone RRC project via "Create Project Area" (not "Create Lifecycle Project"), I can only see Rational Requirements Server Template as template. It seems this result in "Base" template project.
I wonder How can I select "Usecase" or "Agile" template for standalone RRC project ? I've already deployed RRC template which is " Rational Requirements Server Template.

To create an RRC project using one of the templates (including ones you create yourself), you need to use the RRC project creation option (if you create an RRC proejct from the server admin UI it can't find RRC specific templates).
RRC project creation (with templates) is avialable (if you have admin privileges) whenever you have any RRC project (or dashboard) open on the Admin button in the banner (the second button from the right in the banner, next to the help button).

Note: One problem with the new uniform graphics and menus used by all
the applications is that it sometimes isn't obvious when you are talking
to the server admin UI about your RRC projects (where "create project
area" is not available under the Administration button) and when you are
talking to the RM application itself (where "create project area" is
available under the Administration button).
What I do is look at the URL. For example, if you have used the 3.0.1
defaults for application URL naming, if it is https://<server>/jts/...,
then you are talking to the server admin UI, and if it is
https://<server>/rm/..., then it is the RM application itself.
Cheers,
