Where can i find this import tool ? i have installed RTC and CQ but did not see this utility is there an exe file in the installation directory or we need to install this tool seperately.

Please note this help is for RTC 3.0.1 please refer to the help for your version. There are also several articles in https://jazz.net/library/ I believe.

JAZZ DEVELOPER
The CQ Importer is part of the RTC eclipse client. Go to File > Import > Team > ClearQuest Records to access it.
