Where are the TER Log files?

On the TER description it says

Allows you to associate, create and generate execution records for an individual test case. Execution records contain detailed configuration information for the test case and the high level results from a test case execution. Detailed results are in the log files.

Where can I find these log files?

The description you are referring to is confusing. It should be
reworded. The last sentence should be removed or reworded to say. "...
Details of the test case execution are located in the execution results."
