RTC 3.0.1 experience DB2 crashes using the Datawarehouse db

RTC3.0.1 installed along with RQM and RRC applications.
DB2 Server 9.5 FP5 hosts 3 db's for this config and 11 in total.
5 db2 crashes have occurred since the RTC3.0.1 install and the creation of the data warehouse db. Has anyone experiences issues with DB2 and the Data warehouse db?
Out of Memory failure was idenitfied from db2diag.log on one crash and this value was reduced on the data warehouse db but the crash on DB2 is still happening.
No more out of memory errors appearing in db2diag.log but
