Unable to show file as its content is not text.

I added some .pl and .pm files into RTC source control repository. I got the above error when I try to open them in my workspace from web.

Then I configure the file type in RTC eclipse client and make them show properly as text/plain.

But when I get back to the RTC web access, still same error. Any idea how to fix this?
