Options for hiding, deleting, or archiving imported models

Once I've imported a model into DM is it always going to be visible in the Explorer? Or do I have some capability to hide, delete or archive that imported model from the Explorer tree?

You can delete that model from your project, then reimport in the same project area.

Thanks for the suggestion. I was hoping for something less impactful ... something that allows me to keep the model in my Eclipse client workspace, but "hides" its visibility on the DM server side of things.

Hi Julian,

We have a Hide feature in the explorer.

You can remove any top-level "tree" from your Explorer. Hover over a top-level tree to expose the context menu drop down arrow. Click "Remove from Tree".

You can click Explore in Tree next to the resource in Search or on the resource editor to bring the model back, or click the ellipses (...) at the bottom of the explorer to show all trees.

Delete is as Wayne explained above. Currently we don't support archive.

Thanks for the info. So it sounds like I can hide entire projects from the tree, but nothing more granular than a project.

(I tried to look at what I could do with the admin filtering capabiliities .. but that looked like a daunting prospect)
