Problem installing RTC 3.0 into Flash Builder 4

I am using Flash Builder 4.0 and my company has upgraded to RTC 3.0. It appears that the 2 are incompatible as I get an error when trying to install:

    Cannot complete the install because of a conflicting dependency.
    Software being installed: Rational Team Concert Client Feature 3.0.0.RTC-I20110307-1844 (com.ibm.team.rtc.client.feature.feature.group 3.0.0.RTC-I20110307-1844)
    Software currently installed: Adobe Flash Builder 4.0.0 (com.adobe.flexbuilder.standalone.product 4.0.0)
    Only one of the following can be installed at once:
    Expression Language 3.4.100.v20090429-1800 (org.eclipse.core.expressions 3.4.100.v20090429-1800)
    Expression Language 3.4.101.R35x_v20100209 (org.eclipse.core.expressions 3.4.101.R35x_v20100209)

Any suggestions on how to resolve this problem?

Went ahead and installed a fresh installation of Flashbuilder 4.5 (latest and greatest). Attempting to install RTC 3.0 gives the following:

    Cannot complete the install because of a conflicting dependency.
    Software being installed: Rational Team Concert Client Feature 3.0.0.RTC-I20110307-1844 (com.ibm.team.rtc.client.feature.feature.group 3.0.0.RTC-I20110307-1844)
    Software currently installed: Eclipse IDE for Java Developers 1.3.1.20100916-1202 (epp.package.java 1.3.1.20100916-1202)
    Only one of the following can be installed at once:
    Equinox Provisioning Repository 1.0.1.R35x_v20100105 (org.eclipse.equinox.p2.repository 1.0.1.R35x_v20100105)
    Equinox Provisioning Repository 2.0.1.R36x_v20100823 (org.eclipse.equinox.p2.repository 2.0.1.R36x_v20100823)

Any suggestions?

Hi
In the following way I could.

1. First of all, install the Eclipse Helios Sr1 (3.6.1).
Download from here
http://www.eclipse.org/downloads/download.php?file=/technology/epp/downloads/release/helios/SR1/eclipse-java-helios-SR1-win32.zip

2. Install The Flash Builder 4.5 as eclipse plug-ins.
Flash Builder installation location and open the "utilities" folder. Run the executable "Adobe Flash Builder 4.5 Plug-in Utility.exe".

3. Inlstall The RTC 3.0 from p2 repositories.
Download from here
