RTC on zLinux and LDAP

Question(s) - this assumes that the LAN and zLinux use the same LDAP repository

1) with RTC on zLinux using LDAP will RTC user ids be same user id as the user's LAN id ?
2) if a password is changed on the LAN...is it reflected in RTC
