RTC on Helios Eclipse + android plugin error

Hi

I use Eclipse Helios.
I installed RTC plugin from repo. Then I tried to install android plugin and got the following error.

Cannot complete the install because one or more required items could not be found.
Software currently installed: Rational Team Concert Client Feature 3.0.0.RTC-I20110307-1844 (com.ibm.team.rtc.client.feature.feature.group 3.0.0.RTC-I20110307-1844)
Missing requirement: Platform Patch (bugzillas 304330,325226,295991) 1.0.1 (org.eclipse.platform.R352patch.feature.group 1.0.1) requires 'org.eclipse.platform.feature.group ' but it could not be found
Cannot satisfy dependency:
From: Rational Team Concert Client Feature 3.0.0.RTC-I20110307-1844 (com.ibm.team.rtc.client.feature.feature.group 3.0.0.RTC-I20110307-1844)
To: org.eclipse.platform.R352patch.feature.group 0.0.0

How it possible that RTC conflicts with android?
