Does RTC support any kind of build-prioritization?

I would like to runs some build with higher priority than others or have potentially long running builds with lower priority. Does RTC support this or are there plans to have a feature like that?

Hi,

There are a couple of options that you could pursue with the Jazz Build Engine (JBE), but you might be better off taking a look at the Rational Build Forge product. The article linked below has more information about the integration between RTC and Build Forge.

If you need to use the JBE, I would recommend running multiple JBEs and assigning the build definitions to run with the appropriate build engine. You can run the multiple JBEs on the same build system, but you'll need to watch out for a few things that are detailed on this wiki page.
