Requesting adding a Rich text editing field

Hello, my team overall is very please with RTC, however the number one concern I hear about (weekly) from stakeholders, technical team and PM colleagues is the tools lack of a rich text editing field. I try and respond with a positive response on how to create a document with in-line comments and images and attaching a document to the workitem, however this is the one area where repeatedly team members state the tool slows them down.

Please consider the addition of a rich text field.
