About RTC's Task (such as LDAP sync, Datawarehouse snapshot)

Hi,

I have asked some question about default RTC2.0's task/job such as LDAP sync, Datawarehouse snapshot before.
http://jazz.net/forums/viewtopic.php?t=12146

Now I'm installing RTC3.0 on customer site, and, I have same question/problem of those RTC3.0(JTS)'s dafault scheduled task.

Is there any guide about RTC3.0's Task?

If I want to take daily offline backup,
- When should I stop the server?
- or, Should I change server setting? (If so, how to?)
- How many / What kind of tasks should I consider?

In regard to RTC2.0, now I know, how to change dairy Data Warehouse Snapshot Task time. (I don't know about other tasks)
1) Set "Data Warehouse Snapshot Time" to any time you want to schedule snapshot task (24h)
2) Set "Task delay" to "86400" (default)
And RTC3.0 doesn't have that property "Data Warehouse Snapshot Time".

Hi,

There is at least LDAP in JTS Advanced Properties and DataWarehouse in JTShttps://myserver:myport/jts/admin#action=jazz.viewPage&id=com.ibm.team.reports.reportsManagementPage.

For backups you could consider online backups. We tried to give some hints on what to think about here http://jazz.net/library/article/547.

Thanks,

Ralph

Thank you for your reply.

One of my customer need to stop server every day.
(Their database system stop every 23:00-3:00 for maintenance)

So, I still need information about RTC's task.

I've found some information about LDAP sync and DataWarehouse snapshot.

I still haven't found other Task's information such as ChangeEvent scrub task...

... does anyone know about those tasks?
