svn deltas format support for import, in v3 of RTC?

We have a multi-gigabyte svn to import into RTC. I saw a post from 2 years ago which said RTC supported svn dump formats 1 and 2, but not 3 (which is the "delta" format).

Does RTC version 3 support deltas?
