Hello Chad.
I used the Jazz CM for developing the Eclipse Way method content with RMC and it worked really well. Especially the availability of work items and plans was a great added value for running the method development project. The only problem was that RMC 7.1.1 does not support any Eclipse shell-sharing nor workspaces (RMC 7.2 will support both). Hence, I had to perform all Jazz operations such as Deliver or linking Work Items to Change Sets from a separate Jazz Eclipse shell instance and not from within RMC 711. Once RMC 7.2 is released, you would be able to shell-share with the Team Concert Beta and do everything from within the same shell (as we demo'ed it at RSDC 2007). To set this up with RMC 7.1.1 all you need to do is to import the directory in which you store your RMC method library into your Jazz Eclipse-workspace. You can then create a project area for you method development work and share the files with the Jazz source control directly from the Navigator by adding it to one of your team area's workstreams. Note, that the only file in the method library project that must NOT be shared in the Jazz source control is the ".lock" file. Please, create a filter so that you do not accidentally deliver it with the other files. I assume that you can do the same thing with RSA model files. Again, there is the shell sharing issue as RSA is based on Eclipse 3.2 and Jazz is using 3.3. But you could import your RSA projects into your Jazz workspace and deliver the files from there. Hope this helps and best regards, Peter Haumer. "chadleyb" <cbremmon@ford-dot-com.no-spam.invalid> wrote in message news:f56t08$afe$1@localhost.localdomain...
